Return Process

  Log into your Titan World account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Handover to Courier

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and schedule a complimentary doorstep pickup or drop it off at a partner location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
